Grinstead honored as Muskie of the Week

Norman Grinstead (Fr.-Taylor, Mich.), a wide receiver and kick returner on the Lakeland College football team, has been named this Week's Muskie of the Week.

Grinstead receives the award after being one of the bright spots in the Muskies' loss to Aurora (Ill.) University last week. Grinstead returned a kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter for his first career kickoff return for a score. He finished the game with six kick returns for 193 yards (average of 32.2 yards per return) and added one reception for seven yards on offense.

Grinstead leads the team's kick returners this season with 23 returns for 554 yards, an average of 24.1 yards per return. He also is second on the team in receptions and receiving yards, with 11 catches for 221 yards and a touchdown this year.
