I am back again!

Hi everyone!

I am sorry that I have not been posting regulary. The thing is I lost my password for the blog entries! I have this bad habit of not writing down my passwords because all of them are the same, but recently I have been updating my passwords and I forgot the one for this. Anyways, I remembered it so I will be posting regulary from now on.

Wow, I am a junior now, which means more schoolwork, more school involvement, and more responsibilities.... I think it is AWESOME! We are having our mid-terms right now and it is alright I suppose. When you are a student, you cannot get away without giving exams, but you sure can complain about it! Almost all of my classes are in 3 exam cycle this semester, so it feels like I have been giving exams since the first month of school. This semester, I am taking a variety of classes... Religion in America, International Marketing, Human Resources Management, Global Financial Markets, Elementary Chinese, and Directed Reading for Honors. Sounds like a lot of work... it is, but I love them!

This year, I am in the same student organizations as before, but I am in the Executive Position in few od them. Global Student Association is planning their Annual International Food Festival that is going to be held on 21st November. As a Public Relations Officer, it is my responsibility to make sure everyone on campus knows what is going on that day :) We are hoping to repeat the success we had last year. Habitat for Humanity is doing fund-raiser, which will go towards our trip for Spring Break. We will know the location this week!!! Student Association is getting started with approving fund requests. Colleges Against Cancer is already planning for the next Relay for Life! Like I said, life is busy this semester, but you have to love it to enjoy it :)

Last week for Homecoming Week and it was really nice to see everyone come out and support the school. It is also a lot of fun to see international students participate in homecoming activities, which is something totally new to them.

My cooking skills have been improving dramatically this semester, thanks to the spices I got from home this summer. If I close my eyes while eating, it almost feels like I am home :D

All for now, but I will keep you posted on what goes on this week!

Namaste!
