Founders' Society
When Mission House was founded in 1862, German and Swiss immigrants embraced higher education and religion in their combined academy-college-seminary. Today, Founders' Society members insure that the same values and goals continue through their planned gifts to the college. Membership is achievable through a bequest, an estate gift or a special deferred gift. Other ways include:
- Creation of a Charitable Gift Annuity
- Establishing a Charitable Remainder Trust
- Participating in the Pooled Income Fund
- Naming Lakeland College as a beneficiary of an insurance policy
- Assignment of retirement benefits
