Alumni and friends are invited to join us for an evening of culinary delights including a demonstration by Lakeland's award-winning Chefs.  Decorating tips for your holiday tablescapes will be showcased and a keepsake collection of the evening's recipes will be given to guests.

Showcased Holidays:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day

Cost:  $25 per person (includes a five-course meal and refreshments)

Appetizers:
Roasted Artichoke & 3 Cheese Hot Dip
Chef Al's Famous Guacamole
Olive & Roasted Vegetable Tapenade

Soup
Roasted Red Bell Pepper & White Bean Soup served with a Grilled Shrimp

Salad
Mixed Greens with vinagrette presented in Parmesan Crisp cups

Entree
Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Demi Glace
Herb Crusted Sea Bass

Dessert
Crepe filled with Marscapone and almond filling w/Clementine orange and cranberry sauce

Beverages:  Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic beverages will be served.
