- ABOUT LAKELAND

Lakeland College was founded in faith in 1862 and has been sustained through the generosity of our community friends for 150 years. Gifts great and small have collectively built campus buildings, funded scholarships, and underwritten programs that have created today's thriving, four-year, applied liberal arts college that remains firmly rooted in its historic rural location in Sheboygan County.
In return, communities across the country have benefitted from the more than 20,000 living Lakeland alumni. Many are the valued professionals, teachers, ministers, business men and women, elected officials, and community leaders who continue to make these communities a great place to in which to work, live, and raise a family.
By participating in one of the levels of the Presidential Giving Societies, you continue the historic relationship with one of the area's most valuable and cherished assets — Lakeland College.
