Approximate costs for a resident student for the academic year (fall and spring semesters from September to May) are as follows (2005-06): The figures are meant to serve as guidelines and are subject to change. In order to be accepted and obtain a student visa (F-1), you must prove that you will be supported fully for your entire course of study without recourse to employment:
Undergraduate:
Tuition and Fees: $16,795 per academic year (or $8,397.50 per term)
Room and Meals: $5,515/year (double occupancy room in halls with 100 meals/term)

Note: An undergraduate F-1 visa international student must take a minimum of 12 credits per term (Fall and Spring) to maintain his/her visa status. Summer term is optional; however, additional expenses for tuition and books will result if you take summer classes. Most of our courses are 3 credits courses; therefore, 12 credits are 4 courses. You may take up to 18 credits each term without additional tuition cost.
College Grants
Lakeland offers need-or merit-based college grants to undergraduate day program international applicants. The amount of these grants ranges from US $1,000.00 per year to full tuition. Only students who have completed their applications will be considered. Please also be aware that the number of students receiving full tuition assistance is VERY limited. Please download the Application for College Grants, complete and enclose it in your application packet.
Graduate (MBA):
Tuition: $5,850 for a total of 6 courses (18 credits) per year
Room and Board: $5,365
Books and Others: $3,572 (estimated)

Note: A graduate F-1 visa international student must take a minimum of 9 credits per term (Fall and Spring) to maintain his/her visa status. Summer term is optional; however, additional expenses for tuition and books will result if you take summer classes. All MBA courses are 3-credit courses; therefore, 9 credits are 3 courses.
Note: There is no graduate assistantship or tuition assistance for graduate students, but a graduate student is eligible for on-campus employment.
Attention:
All international students who have been granted an F1 visa to attend Lakeland College:
Your account balances must be paid in full by October 1 for the fall semester and February 1 for the spring semester.
If you fail to fulfill your financial responsibility or your account balances are not paid by the above dates, Lakeland College will terminate you as an F1 visa student in the SEVIS. Termination is a serious action, and you will fall out of status immediately upon termination.
