Today's students need extra preparation for the phone interview.   This is a great option for employers who aren't able to get away from their office or work a significant distance from campus.  Student resumes are provided in advance and employers would call the student at a set day/time.  The employer would ask a series of questions and then give the student verbal feedback.  The employer would complete a brief form so that a Career Development staff member can follow up with the student to better prepare them for future phone interviews.
