Residence Assistants
Lakeland College staffs each of its residence facilities with full-time professionally trained hall directors. The directors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their facility from discipline to programming. Each hall is also staffed with upper-class students who serve as resident assistants, that provide assistance and services to all resident students.
