Lakeland College will make a difference on Saturday, Oct. 3

Lakeland College students and faculty members will be working together to make a difference as the college hosts its third annual "Make a Difference Day" on Saturday, Oct. 3.

After enjoying breakfast on campus, a group of approximately 60 Lakeland students, faculty and staff will be bussed to Camp Anokijig in western Sheboygan County where they are volunteering to do community service projects.

"Make a Difference Day" is coordinated by the Lakeland College Faculty Outreach Committee. "Make a Difference Day" is one example of different programs that Lakeland has started to give students more opportunities to do community service.
